Nicole Mathews, CEO – The Henley Company

The Henley Company is a San Diego event, travel and lifestyle concierge firm founded by Nicole Matthews.

Nicole R. Matthews is Founder of The Henley Company, LLC., a global event, travel and lifestyle concierge firm. With the belief that life should be experienced in a big way, Nicole set out to create a company focused on helping clients to live the life they want and to produce the experiences they want to remember! Enjoying the playground of life is where you can find Nicole and her clients.


The Henley Company offers comprehensive event production, as well as manages the busy lives of executives and their families. Her recent international projects include the 2012 London Olympics, multiple Super Bowls, the FIFA Confederation Cup in Brazil, the 2014 Sochi Olympics, and the 2016 Rio Olympics. In 2014, Nicole published her first book, Permission – Stop Competing & Start Creating The Life You Want to Live.

Sarah Bacerra – ELM Learning

Sarah Bacerra is a highly energetic, dynamic speaker, learning expert, and activist that has spent much of her career in leadership development and learning effectiveness. She has been speaking publicly for nearly a decade and has presented at more than 100 events on topics that are her passion: women in leadership, workplace inclusion, and activism. Sarah has also had the privilege of working with hundreds of entrepreneurs and startups, supporting them by way of strategic business coaching, execution of educational program development, and vital alliance-building.

Currently, Sarah is the Senior Learning Consultant for ELM Learning, helping Fortune 500 companies create solutions to design and architect meaningful digital and blended learning experiences. She is also very actively involved in Women’s March San Diego, serving as the 2018 & 2019 March Programming Co-Chair and 2019 March Co-Director. Her daily inspirations are her two daughters, Lily (8) and Ruby (5). On the whole, Sarah is just trying to leave the world a little better than how she came into it.

Lani Nicole, Black Moon Images

Lani Nicole, owner of Black Moon Images, is an international photographer and content creator. She is best known for her ability to create unconventional styles of imagery that capture the true essence of her subjects and for her brand of storytelling. Whether on a product shoot in the Bahamas or shooting a Board Room Meeting in San Diego, Lani is energetic, determined, creative, wild & sassy. As a traveling photographer, Lani’s work has taken her across the nation and oversees. She truly believes everyone deserves to tell their story and participates in quarterly events where she can help executives and entrepreneurs launch their digital imagery. Mary Noor, AVP San Diego Market Community Relations Manager – Bank of America

Mary Noor is Assistant Vice President, San Diego Community Relations Manager for Bank of America. She is responsible for ensuring the bank’s local strategy is in alignment with overarching goals in relation to local community resources. She partners with internal associates and executives to build collaboration, business integration and to execute on company’s values and goals.

Mary has been with Bank of America for 12 years. She brings in over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. Mary earned her Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from San Diego State University. She earned her Master’s degree in Marketing from University of Phoenix.

She has a passion for being a champion and advocate for women. She strives to create integration of Men into the dialogue for women’s empowerment – partnering with some of the best in the business to create true Empowerment strategies that are supported throughout the region.

Currently Mary serves as Chair of San Diego LEAD for Women, Financial Literacy Chair for Bank of America Community Volunteers, and Marketing Director Chair for Executive Women Council of University Club.
